We have a rich and successful history, having operated in Tanzania since 2004. Our Mnazi Bay asset is a low cost, onshore producing gas field which we hold a 31.95% non-operational stake in as a joint venture partner.

With our strong institutional shareholder register, and material Norwegian and UK based retail investor base, we combine our domestic expertise with an attractive and accessible investment profile.

We are a re-domiciled Jersey incorporated company, now based in the UK, having previously been headquartered in Calgary, Canada. We re-admitted to AIM on 2 November 2018 and completed our de-listing from the Oslo Børs on 13 February 2019. Through this process, we have refreshed our leadership team, adopted a leaner corporate structure, and installed an impressive dividend policy poised for significant growth.
